Giving Birth Isn't Easy

Wanted to share something the Holy Spirit deposited in me a while ago.  Believing His timing is just right.

You are about to have a new "baby"!  You will be blessed with a new life. We are in the delivery room as a patient getting ready to give birth to a new "baby".  (This is not just for the ladies!)

LABOR PAINS ...
His handiwork in your life is about to be revealed to you and the world.  They have started. Contractions stop you in your tracks.  They become more consistent, frequent, and powerful.  It might cause us to scream, cry, grimace, not wish to be here in this moment.

It shows in the natural that the baby inside is ready to come out.  It tells us that the baby can handle the pressure and demands of this life on earth.  It signals the need for that baby to come out into this world.
It shows the time inside the womb has expired.  If it stays inside and doesn't come out, it will cause "bad" pains even leading to death for the "baby" and the "mother".  When it's right time, it must come out.

PUSH PUSH PUSH ...
Don't give up now.  You are almost there.  Hold on tight.  Give it all you have.  You are about to witness the miracle of life ... the new life God can give you.

NOW WHAT?
Take care of your baby.  You don't leave a newborn to fend for themselves.  You don't leave your "new life" alone thinking it will just grow on its own.  You must nurture it, feed it, bathe it, empower it, and observe it grow.  Handle your new life with Christ in same way.  Take care of it.  It's so precious to Him and must be to you.  Don't neglect or abandon it.  Would you do that to your child?  Don't do it to your new life in Christ.
Handle with care.

Enjoy The Ride,

Cecil
